Individual PDF Invoices can be retrieved by using the "Accept" header application/pdf or appending .pdf as the format portion of the URL:

Basic authentication works only with the US and EU environments, which connect to chargify.com directly. The Maxio API Gateway environment does not accept Basic authentication.
